Mopro clients: Are you familiar with your Digital Command Center? If not, let’s get you familiar. Your Digital Command Center is where you can access some of our best tools — all from a single place. Here are the top reasons why you should be spending more time in your DCC.

1. View your site’s analytics

Your Analytics section is where you can check on your site’s performance, like how many visitors you have, what your bounce rate is, and your most visited pages. This is important because it shows us where there’s room for improvement. Example: low site traffic means it’s time to reevaluate your SEO efforts. Review your analytics monthly to see how your site stacks up.

2. Make your own design changes

It’s important to regularly update your site with new content. Why? Because your visitors want to see something fresh, and this is the exact kind of content search engines want to see too. This can be done by making simple updates to text and images using your A.I. Editor. Or you can take advantage of your Blog Platform and post helpful content your customers want to see.

3. Request and monitor revisions for your Digital Account Specialist.

Don’t have time to learn how to use A.I. Editor? No problem. You can make revision requests straight from A.I. Editor Request Mode. Simply review your site and click on where you need a revision. Give us some details and once you have all of your requests ready, simply submit and track their status while your DAS is working on them. For more info on using Request Mode, check out this video.

4. Monitor your online reputation.

It’s important to know what your customers are saying about your brand online. If you don’t keep up with your online rep, other people will do the talking for you. But we would rather you tell your own story. Get a pulse on your online reputation with Reputation Manager. You can see what people are saying about your business and easily reply to their comments via your social platforms.

5. Schedule your social media posts

You’re probably focusing on running your business instead of posting to your social accounts. That’s why we’ve given you a tool to make it easy. Schedule out your social media posts with Social Publisher. Not only does this help you build an audience on social media, but it’s important for the health of your website and your SEO ranking — visitors and search engines like to see fresh content on your website and social.

If you haven’t explored your Digital Command Center yet or need a refresher on how to use it, simply schedule a walk-through with your Digital Account Specialist. You can also visit our Help Center at help.mopro.com to learn more about using these tools.
