Intro to the App

What is the purpose of the app?

Our app makes it easy to collect and syndicate your customer’s top reviews, monitor your reputation, track your competition, and post to social media on the go.


App Account Information

Who can use the app?

You can access the app once your website is live and you've received your login credentials.

How do I log in?

Use your credentials to log in. Select the "Remember me" checkbox to have us save your login information

Can anybody log in?

Any client with access to their credentials can log in to the app.

How do I reset my password?

Your password can be reset from the login screen. Just select "Forgot password?", enter the email address linked to your account, and select "Submit." Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address.

Will this change the password I use to log in on desktop?

Yes, this will update the password you use to log in on both mobile and desktop.


What tools can I use?

The following tools are accessible via our app:

What is Testimonial Collector?

Testimonial Collector makes gathering positive reviews from your customers simple. Send customizable surveys via text and/or email, and automatically share responses online.

What do I need to do to get started?

It’s easy. The first step is to customize your survey. Then you can add your recipients and send your survey.

How do my customers receive my survey?

Customers receive your survey via text message, email, or both.

Can I test my survey before sending it to my customers?

Yes, select “Test Survey” from the Customize Survey screen to view the customer experience.

How do I add survey recipients?

You can add survey recipients three ways: Add a number directly from your address book, manually enter a mobile number, or add a customer group.

Can I send multiple surveys to the same customer?

Yes, you can send more than one survey to the same customer. We’ll indicate if a survey has already been sent to a customer when you’re adding recipients.

Can I recall or delete a sent survey?

You can’t delete or recall surveys that have already been sent.


Social 365

What is Social 365?

Social 365, our powerful social publishing tool, lets you schedule up to a year’s worth of social media content with just a few clicks. Post your own content or browse our library of ready-to-share posts.

What social platforms does this integrate with?

Social 365 posts to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tumblr.

What kind of content is included?

Our content library is packed with ready-to-post content. It includes thousands of posts from categories like Inspirational, Engagement, Fun Facts, and more. You can also schedule content from a library of RSS feeds.

Can I add my own content?

Yes, creating your own posts is easy. Just select the "+" icon.

Can I edit my scheduled posts?

Yes, just tap the “Edit” link next to a post to make changes to it.

Can I delete my scheduled posts?

Yes, just tap the “Edit” link next to a post and then select the delete icon.

What is shuffle?

Tapping shuffle allows you to shuffle to a new post from our content library.

Can I add images to my post?

Yes, you can easily add images from your phone’s photo library.


Reputation Manager

What is Reputation Manager?

Reputation Manager helps you track what people are saying about your business everywhere. Monitor your reputation and view your online mentions, all from one place.

What is the Happiness Meter?

The Happiness Meter is your overall customer satisfaction score based on all of your comments. It tells you how well you’re doing online with a single look.

Can I change the emoticon next to a comment?

Yes, tap to change the emoticon next to a comment if you notice any discrepancies.


Competition Tracker

What is Competition Tracker?

Competition Tracker gives you a bird's eye view of key players in your industry. See what your competitors customers are saying about them online. Discover great marketing tactics and promotions from your industry's best, and learn what it takes to stay on top.

How many competitors can I track?

You can track up to five of your competitors.

Can I change my competitors?

Yes, log in to the portal via desktop or laptop to change your competitors.


Local SEO Listings

Why don’t I have access to Local SEO Listings?

This tool is one of our upgrades. Contact us to add the Local SEO Upgrade to your subscription.

What does this tool do?

Local SEO Listings allows you to automatically create 40+ local directory listings. Complete a single Business Profile and syndicate that information everywhere to create your listings.

How do I complete my Business Profile?

Select the Local SEO Listings tile. Select the menu and tap “Business Profile”. There are three sections to your Business Profile: Basic Info, About Your Business, and Media.

How do I make updates to my listings?

To update all listings, just edit your Business Profile and save to sync to all your listings.

Do I need to complete all the fields in my Business Profile?

Not all fields are required, but the more information you add, the better! We want your listings to be as informative as possible. You’ll know your business profile is complete when it shows "100%" complete.

What does the Pending Actions section mean?

Some platforms may require you to log in to verify your account and these will appear in the Pending Actions section. Just select "Connect" to complete this step.

How do I view a listing?

Tap the listing you want to view from the main screen to see your listing on that directory.

How can I check on the status of a listing?

Tap the green or red icon to the right to view a listing’s status.
